WAKE UP CALL AHEAD!!!

once i got a call on a sunday morning
at 5 am
i picked up the call and it was one of our overseas customers
lars, i can't reach your team, we urgently need?!!
no good morning no hello no excuse me
at that time almost 10 years ago i decided not to work...
with people like these anymore...
but i was so wrong!
during the pandemic, almost 90% of all german companies...
put their innovation projects on ice.
our company survived corona only because we...
...were totally already fully international
... were already fully remote
...were already fully social*
today we work together with companies from all over the world.
one thing i learned from this....
believing to be smarter than others...
...is never a good idea
we also survived thanks to the people calling me at 5 am on sunday morning
