what can you do? listen and show them they can trust you.
have you been in touch with complainers who are never satisfied?
thanking them for their feedback and finding a pragmatic approach...
to help them solve their problem is the answer.
or have you come across those mean ones...
who try to intimidate others or even become aggressive?
now it' getting real hard.
the best thing to do is stay friendly...
telling them you are there to help.
but you should remember that...
whenever you meet customers...
a relationship needs to be based on trust, commitment and respect.
if these can't be establishment you may have to think about whether...
a collaboration makes sense at all.
