how to fuck up your innovation project?
lars, what the heck are you talking about!?
if you belong to those who want to innovate with success...
you've already read a lot, right?
sure, everybody gives you tricks and tipps!?!
so why not change the perspective?
but lars, i don't want to f*ck up my project?!
you can learn lot from mistakes made by others...
lars, i dont get it what exactly do you mean?!!!
just ask yourself
why is it that most successful companies are...
..not innovative at all anymore?
even if they have all the resources, endless budget and numerous customers?
what we are convinced of...
if you do the same as everybody else...
you will get the same results
and because there is so much bs
you wont get any traction.
and in the end...
your project or service will simply fail.
but lars, what can i do instead?!!!
stop listening to the so-called innovation experts
most of the fancy methods out there won't deliver an innovative product
all the theoretical books* out there won't do the job for you!
stop focusing on stuff built by people that have never done real innovation!
lars, i see what you mean but what what can i do then?!!!
listen to the people that have really done it!
stop the theoretical path!
rather ask yourself:
what would people really love?
what would possibly be so good...
that even the best companies out there would have no chance at the market anymore?!??
even if in the first place it seems totally crazy!!!
keep on track, there's pretty often a good chance...
yu will find a way.
ok, but how do i find out if my idea is worthy...?
i would rather suggest: concentrate less o the idea
start building a tangible prototype direct from scratch instead
and then learn from real customer feedback?
that's way better than concentrating on business plans and theory
because let me tell you...
all the assumptions upfront don't have any value...
until you hit the real market with real customers.
ok, but how can i get the process running?!!
if you've been dreaming of bringing your product to market...
in the best ,easiest,fastest way possible...
don't call us!
write a press release from the future*
then ask yourself...
does it give you goosebumps?
if yes we may talk.
