every body can be innovative!*
*at least for a week;-)
lars, in my company it's impossible and i am not even creative!!
we are convinced...
nobody need a 100% innovation culture
and nobody can be 100% innovative
to be more precise - i don't believe it's even possible
but how should i be innovative in such a company ?!
relax
it's always very few people even in big companies...
that drive the innovation process
lars, so it's surely not me!!
wrong!
we've found out the best input comes from the ones that expect it the least
but there are two more things that are very important
openness and commitment
that means: am i willing to open up for the innoweek process?
and am i commited to the company or the problem that we want to solve?
sure, but Lars, i have no idea how to develop innovation!!
No problem, we help you with that.
This is what we are here for
Ok. I would eventually give it a try, but what is the first step?!
It's easy...
Just write down what you want to achieve
But not from your own perspective
No items found.
or from the money perspective
or a technical requirement paper
Put yourself into the shoes of a famous magazine editor
who writes an article about your solution in the year 2025
Guess what it's all about?
I really don't know. Probably how fast the company grows?!
Impact!
What is it that makes people's lives better?
It's not about your company...
It's about how you helped other people
What's your story?
