NO ONE EVER GOT FIRED FOR.....

Thank you! Your submission has been received!

no one ever got fired for buying...
ibm?!
that was an old truth in software decision making-
when you need a big , complex, high-risk system...
... go for the the big name because it's too big to fail. ...
it's ibm - if it goes wrong you won't get fired!
lars, what's wrong with that idea?!
today we have totally different rules for innovation success!
choosing that biggest consulting company
or
choosing the well - known name...
does very often not lead to innovation anymore.
but lars, what can i do instead?!
just remember this:
choose a partner that...
has some proven practical innovations references...
but what's more important - they should stand for...
speed, passion, curiosity, flexibility...
not politics, bureaucracy or bloated processes...
ok, lars, is that all?!
look for a smaller, specialized innovation innovation speed boat...
instead of one of those tankers that are now are also...
trying to participate in the innovation theatre.
because it is so hip now!
and you might ear a lot of money

but lars, shouldn't i choose the safer way instead?!
there is no safe way to innovation success anymore.
but instead of giving all your budget to one partner...
why not just go for a single week and let the results do the talking?
but lars, most of the companies don't do those small projects anymore?!
some even told me: no projects under 1 million bucks?!
make an educated guess...
you can do that, of course , but maybe you should ask yourself....
why ibm hired us for their innovation projection;-)
by the way... i still love the guys from ibm, they are doing a great job!
