23 MINUTES!!!

23 minutes!
that's what it costs you when some one asks you something like...
lars do you have a minute for me?!
a recent study found out that it takes an average of 23 mins until...
...you can proceed fully concentrated with your tasks...
after being interrupted in your work flow.
that's the reason why we have a golden rule for our innoweeks:
no distractions!
nut lars, i just wanted you to do that single thing?!
it's very hard to be self disciplined ,especially when you are distracted.
how many distractions do you have per day?
quite a lot, right?
the result?
you don't reach the goals planned for the day, right?
lars, what can i do instead?
just write a short message:
if it's doable i will respond in the evening.
if it's a bigger task, i will respond after the innoweek.
but then there will be a backlog of the tasks in the following week!??
exactly.
and i can concentrate then on small tasks only.
but what's more important: the planned product for the innoweek is already live.
