so we tried to make something nice.
and we delivered something very nice.
but it happened that customers didn't like it.
what don't you like about it?
was our question.
we don't know. we just don't like it.
and we iterated, still not knowing...
what that nice actually meant.
weeks passed, with new decision makers...
and even more nices.
as the range of nices increased...
motivation went down.
but then we asked ourselves...
how can we speed up processes?
what if our customers were part of our team?
what if they were part of the process?
that was the time that our innoweek was born.
one week one highly motivated team. one idea.
one week to test build learn.
one week for an idea to become a real innovation...
unlike all the others that...
