we don't do any powerpoint presentations anymore!

But Lars, how do you show others what you are working on?!

Pretty easy...

Let the results do the talking!

Do you know the main problem of projects?

Lars, they take too much time?!

Nope, we focus on the wrong things.

Nope - you'll get a piece of paper with assumptions

But still no validated results

As soon as you go to market you find out that...

your nice plan was just destroyed by the market

within seconds...

"Yes- you can't plan everything upfront but what do you want to do instead?!"

Instead of investing a few days into theoretical paperwork

you should rather invest a whole week

and focus on tangible output!

"Lars, i don't get it. What do you mean?!"

Instead of just talking about something in theory

and producing tons of paper

you could actually build your product vision and test it in one week only

but without a product we can't start?!

Yes you can!

Why not scribble a first version of your vision?

and then iterate it together with (Y)our team?

then build a first version of it....
